Jorge Sánchez Hernández is graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Murcia in 2002.

He has been a veterinary professional specializing in pig farming since November 2002 at CEFU, S.A., a pig farming company belonging to the Fuertes group.

The lines of research in the company have been animal welfare, swine pathology, R+D+I, pig production, disease eradication, piglets, baits, feed, improvement of facilities, growth tests, Iberian pig.

Since the 2017/2018 academic year, he has been a student of the Official Doctoral Program in Veterinary Sciences belonging to the Doctoral School of the University of Murcia. In this period, he has published 3 scientific research articles in the line of veterinary medicine research.
